Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately, but the colours you see may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors and to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Confirmation
Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after the Rs. 250 confirmation and delivery charges have been received, as explained on our Shipping Policy page.
We may cancel or refuse any order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, incomplete or incorrect customer details, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after you have made a payment, the amount paid will be returned to you.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Exchanges, returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Exchange Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering, including your name, full delivery address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Meer Suleman name, logo, designs, images, graphics and text, belongs to Meer Suleman and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meer Suleman is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
