Confirmation & Delivery Charges

A flat fee of Rs. 250 applies to every order as confirmation and delivery charges. Your order will be confirmed only after these charges have been received. Once your order is confirmed, it moves to processing and is then dispatched.

Order Processing

Confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days, excluding public holidays. During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your city and location. Remote areas may take longer. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays or courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details where available so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery Address & Contact Details

Please make sure your full address and phone number are correct. The courier will usually call before delivery. If you cannot be reached or the address is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the item is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
